BTrue Naturals was developed by Jessica Unbewust in 2007. Jessica Unbewust has been an advocate of healthy clean living all of her adult life. Being extremely proactive in her own health and wellness she is always finding ways to limit her daily exposure to toxins to help her body function at its best.

It first began with the foods she ate as well as staying very active. Jessica started researching how to detoxify the body and doing cleansing programs. As she dove deeper in her research, she started to discover the amount of toxins people are exposed to through their personal care products. This became very appalling to her and this is when she made the decision to start BTrue Naturals and set strict guidelines to follow when looking for products to carry.

Jessica's goal is to bring truly natural products to the marketplace that people can trust. There is a lot of "masking" going on in the cosmetic industry with the "green" movement and companies are using this to their advantage in their marketing campaigns. There is very little standards placed on the cosmetic industry in regards to the safety of the personal care products going on our shelves.

"I wanted to create a place where people could go and find personal care products that they can trust are safe. I myself was frustrated at spending tons of money on what I thought were "natural" products, but when I got home and actually started reading the labels realized this was far from the truth. I knew if I was having this frustration that other people must to be having this frustration."
