Drink plenty of alkaline or natural spring water during this fasting phase. It is of the utmost importance to get lots of rest during this time. These are a few things you can do for a quality fast. By juicing for several days your body will absorb liquids packed full of nutrients your body will use to repair tissues and organs. By in taking juice your body does very little work for the nutrients it is receiving.
